PRIVACY POLICY
How the High Desert Sportsmen Association handles the information you share with us through this website.
Effective Date: April 20, 2026
High Desert Sportsmen Association ("HDSA," "we," "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and how to reach us with questions.
What We Collect
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and the message you send us.
- Membership and event registrations: name, phone number, mailing address, and similar information you provide when joining the club or signing up for a shoot.
- Basic site analytics: standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used to keep the site running and secure.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, process memberships and event registrations, and send club-related communications. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who Sees It
Submissions are reviewed by HDSA officers and the handful of members responsible for running the website, memberships, and shoots. We share information with third parties only when legally required or when it's necessary to complete a task you've asked us to perform (for example, routing a contact message to a specific officer).
Cookies
This site uses a small number of functional cookies required by the Drupal content management system — mainly to keep forms secure and to remember logged-in administrators. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your Choices
You can ask us to correct or delete information you've submitted by contacting us through the contact form. We'll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
