New Mexico Skeet Shooting Association
NMSSA Board Meeting Phone Conference Minutes; May 4, 2020
The Reason for the conference was to discuss the registered shoots.
Attendees: John Moen - President
Charlie Gates - Vice President
Brad Thompson - Chief Referee
Ron Shoemake - Board Member
Brock Hammond - Board Member
Marty Tressell - Sec of Roswell Club
Due to current restrictions, the consensus was that Changes had to be made to the schedule and in the way shoot are conducted.
Brad researched the need for new shoot numbers, if we had to reschedule shoot dates and what had to happen to report shoot results with a I-Shoot format. As it turns out, Shoot Number will stay valid no matter what date we shoot the event, and result from each club would be reported to the home club and they would report results to NSSA.
John suggested that our I-Shoots be for honors only, at a cost of $28 per 100 targets. That was seconded.
The following Shoot will be I-Shoots:
HOST CLUB DATES NAMES
MVSS May 30-31 MVSS OPEN
High Desert June 13-14 RED or GREEN OPEN
Roswell June 27-28 ALIAN CITY OPEN
MVSS July 11-12 FIRECRACKER OPEN
The following shoots will be normal shoots if conditions allow, if not we should be up to speed with I-Shoots. Some Dates have been changed:
